Und ich kann mir wirklich keine bessere Person vorstellen, um dieses sagenhafte Land und seine Kultur hier am Main zu repr\u00e4sentieren: Fabiana Jarma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich \u00fcbertreibe kein bisschen, wenn ich sage: Fabiana hat den Tango nach Frankfurt gebracht. In ihrer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tango-frankfurt.de\/\">Academia de Tango<\/a> im Ostend vermittelt sie das authentische argentinische Lebensgef\u00fchl auf der Tanzfl\u00e4che. Und damit nicht genug, direkt nebenan verw\u00f6hnt sie in ihrem Restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cocina-argentina.de\/\">Cocina Argentina<\/a> ihre G\u00e4ste mit Steaks, Chorip\u00e0n, Chimchurri und dem besten argentinischen Rotwein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese blo\u00dfen Fakten sind an sich schon beeindruckend. Was mich bei Fabiana aber am meisten von den Socken gehauen hat, ist wie sie ihre Tanzschule und ihr Restaurant aufgebaut hat, n\u00e4mlich mit schier grenzenloser Leidenschaft und Lebensfreude. Deshalb ein ernst gemeinter Rat: Wenn ihr diese Episode angeh\u00f6rt habt, speichert sie und wenn ihr einen schlechten Tag habt, h\u00f6rt sie euch wieder an. Sie war eine der Ersten, die Tango nach Deutschland gebracht haben. Ihr ist es wichtig, den AUTHENTISCHEN argentinischen Tango zu unterrichten. Beim europ\u00e4ischen Tango geht es um Schritte lernen. Beim argentinischen geht es um Gef\u00fchl, um f\u00fchren und folgen, um Improvisation. Man hat 3 Minuten lang eine nonverbale Kommunikation mit seinem Tanzpartner. Das macht s\u00fcchtig!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"deutsch\">10:13 \u2013 Anf\u00e4nger*innen empfiehlt Fabiana, sonntags um 17 Uhr zur offenen Stunde zu kommen. Dort k\u00f6nnen sie unverbindlich reinschnuppern. Allerdings braucht man eine eigene Partnerin\/einen eigenen Partner. Wenn man sicherer ist, kann man auch alleine zu den anderen Kursen oder Tangoabenden kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11:47 \u2013 Der Nachteil vom Tango Tanzen: Man ist jeden Abend unterwegs! In jeder Stadt gibt es Tangoabende. Man muss nur morgens seine Tanzschuhe einpacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12:16 \u2013 Zum breitgef\u00e4cherten Angebot der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tango-frankfurt.de\/\">Academia de Tango<\/a> geh\u00f6ren auch Tango-Reisen. Wen so richtig das Tango-Fieber gepackt hat, der m\u00f6chte irgendwann nach Buenos Aires, der Wiege des Tango. Auf diesen Reisen gibt es morgens Tanzstunden, nachmittags Besichtigungen, abends Tango-Abende bis in die Morgenstunden. Fabianas Herausforderung: Nach der Reise alle wieder in den Flieger nach Deutschland zu bekommen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15:49 \u2013 Neu im Angebot: Leadership Kurse nach dem Tango System! Das hat sich ganz organisch aus der Tanzschule ergeben: Bei den Tanzabenden hatten die Leute Durst, also gab es erstmal eine Bar. Dann hatten sie auch Hunger, also wurde irgendwann auch Essen angeboten. Der Star auf der Speisekarte ist argentinisches Steak, es gibt allerdings auch ein kleines Angebot f\u00fcr Vegetarier*innen und Veganer*innen. Und nat\u00fcrlich gibt es ausgezeichneten argentinischen Rotwein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22:54 \u2013 Ein besonderes Highlight: Die Tango Dinner Shows. Es wird fein eingedeckt im Restaurant und die Trennwand zwischen Speiseraum und Tanzschule ge\u00f6ffnet. Fabiana und ihr Tanzpartner Julio tanzen inmitten der G\u00e4ste. Die Shows finden seltener statt als fr\u00fcher, alle paar Monate. Darum unbedingt auf die Homepage gucken und im Vorfeld reservieren!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25:05 \u2013 Fabianas Geschichte: Sie stammt aus einer Gesch\u00e4ftsfamilie und sollte Wirtschaft studieren. Aber sie wollte schon IMMER nur tanzen. So hat sie sich mit 13 Jahren selbst in einer Tanzschule angemeldet und hatte mit 15 ihren ersten Fernsehauftritt. Sp\u00e4ter an der Uni ist sie zum Schlafen in den H\u00f6rsaal gegangen, weil sie die N\u00e4chte durchgetanzt hat. Sie hat damals auch schon unterrichtet. Als ihre Eltern nach zwei Jahren schlie\u00dflich merkten, dass sie eigentlich gar nicht Wirtschaft studierte, widmete sie sich ausschlie\u00dflich dem Tanz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>28:33 \u2013 Wie kam Fabiana nach Deutschland? Ihr Onkel, der in Blaubeuren lebte, schlug vor, sie solle herkommen und den Tango hier bekannt machen. Das war Ende der 80er Jahre. Fabiana war damals 19 Jahre alt und somit damals in Argentinien noch minderj\u00e4hrig. Sie wollte am Vorabend ihres 21. Geburtstags von ihrer Heimatstadt C\u00f3rdoba mit dem Nachtbus nach Buenos Aires fahren, um ihren Pass zu beantragen. Am Tag vor der Busreise jedoch hatte sie einen Motorradunfall. Also haute sie abends mit Unterst\u00fctzung ihrer Mutter aus dem Krankenhaus ab. Mit verkratztem Bein fuhr sie 12 Stunden im Bus in die Hauptstadt und beantragte ihren Pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>31:59 \u2013 Fabianas Onkel schickte sie <em>nach<\/em> Frankfurt f\u00fcr einen Deutschkurs bei der Lehrerkooperative. Sie ging aber nur einen Tag hin, weil der Kurs zu fr\u00fch war. Die Lehrerkooperative fragte sie, ob sie Tango unterrichten k\u00f6nnte und half ihr mit dem Papierkram, Arbeitserlaubnis etc. Als Raum nutzen sie die alte, leicht heruntergekommene Kantine des Ex-KGB Hauses in der Mainzer Landstra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35:41 \u2013 1989 kam die Tanz-Show &#8222;Tango Argentino&#8220; nach Deutschland und l\u00f6ste eine Tango-Boom aus. Fabiana stand mit handgeschriebenen Zetteln vor der Alten Oper und bewarb ihre Tanzschule. Auf einmal hatte sie viele Sch\u00fcler! Sie fing an, jeden Mittwoch &#8222;Milongas&#8220;, also Tanzabende, zu veranstalten. Diese Tanzabende laufen ohne Unterbrechnung bis heute! Es ging bergauf f\u00fcr Fabiana. Sie begann, Tangob\u00e4lle zu veranstalten, unter anderem in den R\u00e4umen des HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>39:25 \u2013 Als die Lehrerkooperative beschloss, nur noch Sprachunterricht zu geben und den Tango aus dem eigenen Programm zu streichen, musste Fabiana sich als Tanzlehrerin selbstst\u00e4ndig machen. Ihr Umfeld sagte: &#8222;Mach dich selbstst\u00e4ndig, aber du kannst NICHT gleichzeitig schwanger werden&#8220;. Nat\u00fcrlich wurde Fabiana genau zu dem Zeitpunkt schwanger. Sie arbeitete weiter, organisierte zum Beispiel einen Ball im HR. Sie sollte f\u00fcr eine Untersuchung einige Zeit ins Krankenhaus, b\u00fcchste aber zwischendurch heimlich aus, um den Ball zu organisieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>42:40 \u2013 Wie ist die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cocina-argentina.de\/\">Cocina Argentina<\/a> entstanden? Zu ihrem 20j\u00e4hrigen Tango-Jubil\u00e4um in Frankfurt mietete Fabiana beim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museumsuferfest.de\/\">Museumsuferfest<\/a> eine Tango-Tanzfl\u00e4che. Das war so teuer, dass sie durch den Verkauf von Chorip\u00e0n das Geld wieder reinholen wollte. Es war ein riesiger Erfolg, bis die Lebensmittelbeh\u00f6rde kam und sich beschwerte, dass Fabiana eine \u00dcberdachung f\u00fcr den Grill br\u00e4uchte. Also lie\u00df sie einen ungenutzten Pavillon von den Menschen in ihrer Warteschlange \u00fcber deren K\u00f6pfe bis zu ihrem Grill durchreichen! Sp\u00e4ter besorgte sie die n\u00f6tige Konzession und er\u00f6ffnete ihr Restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>48:06 \u2013 Fabianas Lebensphilosophie: Sie hat alles gern gemacht, hatte Gl\u00fcck und tolle Leute um sich herum. Und: Angst ist der Feind! Habe Respekt, aber keine Angst! Was sie ihren Kindern sagt: &#8222;Macht was ihr wollt! Feiert ohne Grenzen, aber habt die rechte Hand immer an der Handbremse.&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>49:58 \u2013 Fabiana hatte viele Jahre einen Foodtruck der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cocina-argentina.de\/\">Cocina Argentina<\/a> beim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gruene-sosse-festival.de\/\">Gr\u00fcne So\u00dfe Festival<\/a>. 2019 trat sie beim Wettbewerb an und wurde unter 49 Teilnehmern zur Gewinnerin gek\u00fchrt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>55:27 \u2013 Wie schafft sie das alles? Erstens: Sie liebt, was sie tut. Zweitens: Sie ist konsequent! Nicht jeder Tag ist ein guter Tag. Aber mach weiter! Gib nicht auf! Sie ist eine Chefin, die sich reinh\u00e4ngt. But what knocked my socks off the most about Fabiana is <em>how<\/em> she has built up her dance school and her restaurant: with sheer boundless passion and joie de vivre. It came about quite organically from the dance school: People were thirsty at the dance evenings, so first there was a bar. Then they were also hungry, so at some point food was also offered. The star on the menu is Argentinian steak, but there is also a small selection for vegetarians and vegans. But she has ALWAYS wanted to dance. So she enrolled in a dance school herself at the age of 13 and made her first TV appearance at 15. Later, at university, she went to sleep in the lecture hall because she danced the night away. She was already teaching back then. When her parents finally realized after two years that she wasn&#8217;t actually studying economics, she devoted herself exclusively to dance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>28:33 \u2013 How did Fabiana come to Germany? Her uncle, who lived in Blaubeuren, suggested that she should come here and spread the word about tango. That was at the end of the 80s. Fabiana was 19 years old at the time and therefore still a minor in Argentina. On the eve of her 21st birthday, she wanted to take the night bus from her hometown of C\u00f3rdoba to Buenos Aires to apply for her passport. However, the day before the bus journey, she had a motorcycle accident. So she left the hospital in the evening with the help of her mother. With a scratched leg, she traveled 12 hours on the bus to the capital and applied for her passport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>31:59 \u2013 Fabiana&#8217;s uncle sent her to Frankfurt for a German course at the teachers&#8216; cooperative. But she only went for one day because the course was too early. The teachers&#8216; cooperative asked her if she could teach tango and helped her with the paperwork, work permit, etc. They used the old, slightly run-down canteen of the former KGB building in Mainzer Landstra\u00dfe as a space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35:41 \u2013 In 1989, the dance show &#8222;Tango Argentino&#8220; came to Germany and triggered a tango boom. Fabiana stood in front of the Alte Oper with handwritten notes advertising her dance school. Suddenly she had lots of students! She started organizing &#8222;milongas&#8220;, or dance evenings, every Wednesday. These dance evenings continue to this day. Things were looking up for Fabiana. M\u00e1s tarde, en la universidad, se dorm\u00eda en el aula porque se pasaba la noche bailando. Entonces ya daba clases. Cuando, al cabo de dos a\u00f1os, sus padres se dieron cuenta de que no estudiaba econom\u00eda, se dedic\u00f3 exclusivamente a la danza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>28:33 \u2013 \u00bfC\u00f3mo lleg\u00f3 Fabiana a Alemania? Su t\u00edo, que viv\u00eda en Blaubeuren, le propuso venir aqu\u00ed y difundir el tango. Eso fue a finales de los 80. Fabiana ten\u00eda entonces 19 a\u00f1os y, por tanto, a\u00fan era menor de edad en Argentina. En la v\u00edspera de su 21 cumplea\u00f1os, quiso tomar el autob\u00fas nocturno desde C\u00f3rdoba, su ciudad natal, hasta Buenos Aires para tramitar su pasaporte. Sin embargo, la v\u00edspera del viaje tuvo un accidente de moto. As\u00ed que sali\u00f3 del hospital por la noche con la ayuda de su madre. Con una pierna ara\u00f1ada, viaj\u00f3 12 horas en autob\u00fas hasta la capital y solicit\u00f3 su pasaporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>31:59 \u2013 El t\u00edo de Fabiana la envi\u00f3 a Frankfurt a un curso de alem\u00e1n en la cooperativa de profesores. Pero s\u00f3lo fue un d\u00eda porque el curso era demasiado temprano. En la cooperativa de profesores le preguntaron si pod\u00eda ense\u00f1ar tango y la ayudaron con el papeleo, el permiso de trabajo, etc. Utilizaron como espacio la vieja cantina, algo destartalada, del antiguo edificio del KGB en Mainzer Landstra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35:41 \u2013 En 1989, el espect\u00e1culo de danza &#8222;Tango Argentino&#8220; lleg\u00f3 a Alemania y desencaden\u00f3 un boom del tango. Fabiana se plant\u00f3 delante de la Alte Oper con notas escritas a mano anunciando su escuela de baile. De repente, ten\u00eda muchos alumnos. Empez\u00f3 a organizar &#8222;milongas&#8220;, o veladas de baile, todos los mi\u00e9rcoles. Estas veladas de baile contin\u00faan hoy en d\u00eda. Las cosas mejoraban para Fabiana. Empez\u00f3 a organizar bailes de tango, incluso en las salas de la Hessischer Rundfunk (HR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>39:25 \u2013 Cuando la cooperativa de profesores decidi\u00f3 dar s\u00f3lo clases de idiomas y eliminar el tango de su propio programa, Fabiana tuvo que montar su propio negocio como profesora de baile.
